I am Rajani Vishwakarma and my Pan card number is ANSPV8132B. I applied for my pan card "Changes or correction in PAN data Form" on 08 Oct 12 vide CSF Application Sr No[protected] and coupon number[protected].I filled up the correct name of my father RAM GOVIND in the application form as it is there on old existing PAN card ANSPV8132B.Till now the PAN CARD is not received.
On tracking the status of PAN CARD it shown that the subject card is under PPC objection [FATHER NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN NCC DATA AND APPLICATION DATA].
The following, on objection raised not understood:
(a) Once the application is filled up with the correct father name i.e RAM GOVIND, as printed on old existing PAN card ANSPV8132B. 10th pass certificate (SSLC) indicating father name RAM GOVIND, annexed with both application (previous and currently filled), then how this mismatch?
(b) When tracking the status the application no is shown:[protected] whereas the application is submitted[protected].
Hence, in view of above kindly look in to matter and dispatch the PAN CARD immediately Or alternately suggest the remedial measures if the mistake persists from my side.Request accord priority as the PAN CARD required urgently.
