[Resolved]  Pan Card — Rude behaviour of your staff from gaya branch

Dear sir
My name is Rajiv Kumar verma. I have not yet received my pan card which is already been dispatched from Patna to Gaya on 26 Sep 2008. Its airway bill no is [protected]. Today on 01 Oct 2008 I made contact to Gaya branch on Mob No-[protected], but very sadly I want to say that the person who received the phone talked to me very rudely by saying that don’t waste my time. He replied that today my staff has gone to Aurangabad to deliver the letter of Aurangabad, if your address will be in the market then he will give you otherwise person will not go for home delivery. After that I asked him that please give me his mob no so that I may contact him to deliver my pan card to my office which is in the civil court campus situated in the heart of the town, But he told that I can not give you his Mob No. If he comes back without delivering your letter then we will send it back to Mumbai after that they will send you by post, so do not waste my time. After that he cut his phone.
There fore please tell me that what I can do, so that I get my Pan card on time.

I had been trying to get a PAN for my wife since 2008. We have submitted documents via fax, email, courier. Nothing works. Every person whom I have spoken in the last 3 weeks give different interpretation for proof of addres (for a NRI). Utility/ Water/ Cable bill was sent. Then another rep states that this is not valide, send bank statement. Send the bank statement, now the guy blatantly states that he cant see the address, although he can see other parts of the address. To add to the woes the guys says he cant hold and he has to attend other customers. I told him first solve this customers problem which is hanging like the swords of the damocles on my head since 2008. Extremley rude behavior and extremely unhelpful. They work like robots with no clue what they are doing.
