I sk jani basha my pan card number is BSQPS4216K and Acknowledgment Number [protected] this applied on jan 2008 , its posted on[protected] but still now i did`t received. hence please give suggestion to get my original pan card

my pan card bearing no.ALXPP5739M has been lost in transite you please send me duplicate pan card,but make some change on it other wise any body misuse of the same.
