Pan Card — Not received the duplicate copy of lost PAN card( RUD lying in Mumbai)

This is Satish Sinha , applied for the duplicate copy of lost PAN card at ( Gaya) , Bihar on 18/072012 ,but not received the copy of same till date .I have paid the registration fee of Rs 200/- at branch .The status is RUD lying in Mumbai .I am thinking of moving this matter to high authority relating to the much delayed delivery of the PAN card after all the formalities have been done .
Therefore please issue me the duplicate copy of PAN card to my mailing address As soon as possible because I need to produce this PAN card in my office immediately. I will be highly thankful for the same :
