[Resolved] Pan Card — PAN Card - Deactivated | |||
Greetings. Recently I approached UTI-ISL for a correction in my date of birth on my PAN Card. This has been the first time, I have given a written representation for any correction in my PAN card (after the very first time when it was issued 20+ years ago) where there is a misprint of my date of birth. But, to my surprise they reverted saying my PAN card is de-active and perhaps another card in my name exists. But, I never applied nor got any communication from ITD about another card or de-activation of my card. I would very much like to re-activate and retain this same PAN Card number & would like to know who I should approach in Thane IT office, Range 1.
