[Resolved] Panacea Biotec Ltd — Deduction of manay

Dear Sir, Last two years I was woked with Panacea Biotec Ltd and on 16 th June 2008 i have resign from panacea they can relieve me on 7 th july 2008. As per the appointment letter the caopany can mentioned three month notice period or three month salary. Now I am getting my Full and final amount after duduction of 2month and 8 days complete salary insted of Basic salary. Plaese suggest me when the company give the full and find what is the deduction rule it is basic sakary or complete sakary. Thanks & Regards Sanat Chakraborty Was this information helpful? Panacea Biotec ltd — pf settlement not received

I worked with Pancea biotech ltd in chennai for about 3 years. i left the company by 2004. i applied for my pf 6 months before., Till this time there is no response from my employer and delhi pf office.Its very much hurting that the employers dont even bother to do their basic functions when we quit from them.

Panacea Biotec ltd — Not received my PF Amount

I have applied for my Provident Fund amount to EPF office wazirpur new Delhi on 4th Aug' 08. But i have still not received my amount till today 28 April 09.

PanaceaBiotec Ltd. — till not receive my PF. amount

Dear Sir,

I have sent the PF withdrawl form dully field to the HR of PanaceaBiotec ltd.on 14th jan 09 they receive and sent to PF Office Delhi, but till date I did not receive the amount.Let me know what to do in this condition. My PF.NUMBER IS-DL7678/3508.
