[Resolved]  Panchkula Gas Service — Delay in gas connection

Panchkula Gas Service, Sector 17 provides worst services. Services are provided totally on the mood of their employees.
I applied for gas connection, submitting all documents. I was told that I will receive a letter within a week. After two weeks, I didn't receive the letter, so I went to them, the concerned lady(gas goddess for me) told that she is going to send the letter today since they didnt have new cylinders, afterwards, I received the letter, immediately I went to them, they told that they dont have stationary so, please come next day (FUNNY :D, is it really possible), it was clearly looking from her face that she is not in "mood". Then few days after, I went again, and another great lady told that gas goddess is on leave for a week, so wait for a week, I came back frustrated and am filing this complaint, just to take my frustration out since I have doubts if it will serve any purpose. The question is that is it possible that if an employee of that pathetic gas agency doesnt come, then they will stop giving connections? This is the pathetic condition of this gas agency of dumb asses.

Hi, the issuing of gas connection depends on quite a few factors. These are not in control of the agency, but of the company. Although, you may be right about the agency people being particularly dumb about things. You can try talking to the sales officer directly for this. He will definitely give you a better reply. The number of the sales officer is mentioned on the 'mandatory board' at the agency.
