[Resolved]  Panchkula Gas Service — Pathetic Service, shoddy behaviour of staff

Dear Sir, I am a consumer of Indane gas vide consumer number 23324 of Panchkula Gas Service. After running from pillar to post I am wrting this to you.

1. All the numbers provided by Panchkula Gas have been constantly busy for the past 10 day. When today I visited their office I was shocked to see that the phones were off the hook. The staff of Panchkula Gas have deliberately kept the phones off the hook to avoid receiving calls. The numbers in question are - [protected], [protected]and [protected].

2. I had put in a booking on 27th October thru sms to cellphone when all efforts to get across on phone failed.

3. Today I approached Panchkula Gas to enquire about the status of the booking, they reverted that the cylinder had been returned undelivered and they would only accept the booking after 21 days on the 17th of November.

4. In case the cylinder is returned undelivered - why should the consumer be asked to wait for 21 days for a rebooking.

5. The staff of Panchkula Gas is uncouth, incompetent and rude.

I expect immediate redressal of this compaint else I will be forced to raise the issue to the Hon'ble Petroleum Minister and the Hon'ble District Consumer Forum.
