Date of flight 10 Sep 2010. Booking ref PNR 0M9MOD, flight no I7479, from Chennai to Madurai for passenger - Abdul Gani.
The flight has been cancelled and i have been communicated about this cancellation on 8th September '10 and also confirmed me that the full refund will be made for the flight ticket within a week time.
When I called to the customer care on 16th sep 2010 they said the full refund will be processed with 10 days but afterwards there is no response from them for my mail or calls even I have forwarded the mail to their finance manager [protected]@paramountairways.com
Please accept this complaint and help me in getting the refund at the earliest.
