Paras Motors — air and noise pollution

Dear Sir,
kindly take appropriate action against M/S PARAS MOTORS, SHOP NO 3 LSC, BG-8, CENTRAL MARKET, PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI-63, on the following grounds.

1) the said shop owner is occupying and putting his own lock in the premises which is exclusive property of MCD and is not allotted to anyone till now, the said premises is the place direct opposite to upstairs of market near shop no 3 and 4. Paras Motors are in occupation of said property since 6 years using that place as their god-own.

2) the said shop is engaged in repairing and servicing cars in front of parking place of the market. they are repairing and servicing cars and earning money by this workshop illegally using parking place as workshop. visitors are facing lot of problems in parking their cars due to this illegal workshop. if some one wants to park their car they start abusing them and also fight and do not allow them to park their cars.

3) due to said workship they creating air and noise pollution. they are using highly smelled chemicals to wash the spare parts n engine etc it not only make the environment polluted but create adverse effect on health.

4) since the work is of such type that they use Greece and oil etc they do not give any attention to cleanliness of the market. consequently, the market is very dirty and whole day their tools and luggage is kept in market which makes the mcd market very dirty and ugly.

kindly take the matter as serious and take necessary action to shut this workshop down so that market can be cleaned and used as market and place can be used as parking place. kindly do the necessary proceedings as early as possible.
