Paras Motors — using local spare parts in repairing cars and vehicles

this complaint is about PARAS MOTORS, SHOP NO 3 LSC, BG-8 CENTRAL MARKET, PASCHIM VIHAR, NEW DELHI 110063
The said person viz.Paras Motors engaged in trade of Car Spare Parts, are selling very local and 3rd class spare parts by telling that they are branded and genuine and are of a company. not only this they are using entire parking space in BG-8 market for repairing the vehicles and do not care about the other person's car or vehicle parking. 2 times my car has been heated by them when i parked it in the market place because they wanted to park the cars for repairing purposes. it is totally illegal to do the repair work in the parking place not only this they never care about cleaning of the market and spread petrol, greece etc in the entire market. the labour engaged in repairing cars is also not fully trained and not being worked in the supervision of any qualified person. all the parts used n sold in repairing cars are totally duplicate and charges are also more than double than those that in the market.One more major issue is that they are in possession of a space in front o[censored]pstairs of BG-8 Market which is not alloted to them in keeping their waste and tools etc. they are putting their own lock on the MCD Property which is not being alloted to them. The parking place used for repair of cars is not legal from any angle. they are spreading not only pollution but also making the market dirty without taking care of the cleanliness of the market. kindly take appropriate action in respect of above

Paras Motors — parking space utilised for repairing of cars

PARAS MOTORS SHOP NO 3 BG-8 CENTRAL MARKET PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI 110063, is using the parking space in front of shop no 1 to 4 exclusively for repairing of cars whole night n day the damaged cars are parked and people visiting the market can not park their cars. they are using local spare parts selling them at triple margin telling the customers that they are genuine and branded and trademarked by a reputed company. Moreover, the labor is untrained without holding any legal authorisation for repairing cars. They are in occupation of MCD property i.e the place which they are using for keeping their waste products and tools etc.The said place is opposite to the upstairs of the market besides shop no 3. Entire market is suffering with their unauthorises car repair service centre. Kindly take necessary action for the same
