I have purchased dual flush valves from parrywareabout 6 months ago for my new bunglow (for all bathrooms). Out of all the flush valves, 3 have already stopped working and 2 are not functioning properly. I have already reported this problem to the company toll-free number but there is no response from them They are not willing to attend the problem at all.
Also pipe has come out of some of all the health faucets, which is ridiculous.
I am suffering for 6 months. I need justice.

Date Of Purchase-25/10/10.
There was a leakage in hand shower, which i reported to lakshmi sanitations who filed our complaint in parryware customer complaint office,
and our complain no -CCHOA945.
this complaint was filed dated 27/10/10.
on repeated remainders to Mrs.Padma,[protected] who handled our call.
also To Mr.Sasikumar[protected]
And an other person[protected] Who attended and found it was manufacturing defect on 08/11/10.
And assured to replace the defective piece with another within 5 days .
on deaf ear,
none attended till now and no replacement, response and not even a information has been sent since 27/10/2010, nearly a month.
this completely makes me feel why the hell i purchased a parryware product,
and i would also suggest my colleagues not to purchase any products from parry ware if there is still no response from the company.
