I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the non-fulfillment of my closet replacement, which has already been marked as "Approved by QA." Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no product yet.

I raised ticket for which the technician asked me to recheck and reinstall the unit for mounting.

I purchase water Geyser but it was defective.
I am chasing since long time but still no resolution.

We have experienced the worst service from roca in the last 5 years, no one is replying calls no service is provided in case of any problem no one ready to serve and in case of high emergency such as tap stops working or any other we have to wait for 2-3 months and yet the problem is not solved. We have to just adjust with what all is working and not getting proper customer satisfaction. Also we are replied rudely and inappropriately by the concerned persons at the time of service and we wont ever recommend anyone to buy roca and they will experience hell on earth while availing services. And at the time of services they are charging very very high amount and not offering services.

I recently bought a whole bunch of Parryware faucets, bidets, and many other plumbing accessories in the month of April. It is only in August that I shifted in my newly renovated home. In 4 months there are 2 faulty faucets.

I have complained about this to Parryware customer care over the phone, raised 2 tickets but no one cares to respond. They just reply saying someone will get in touch with you. But no-one ever calls / responds.

This was the worst experience with your product. We purchased a water closet of parryware. The wc costed more than 10 thousand and it develop Crack after one month os installation. I have talked to customer service multiple times in order to get it changed However as per the supervisor name Saurabh, the company is not willing to change the product. The company is claiming that is is not possible. If you are giving a warranty of 10 years on manufacturing then this is a bizarre resolution provided.

Parryware ticket No - CPUN/131223/17 is yet not resolved inspite of raising concern with both Sachin (Regional head), Akash (Parryware Pune contact). This issue is pending since 7 months. I am extremely disappointment. Please escalate internally.

I purchased Parryware Jade 3 in 1 wall mixer on 01/01/2024 and it was working good.
But one side tap not rotation for last one week.

Already I raised the complaint CDIN/090124/04 but still didnt get any response from service or any other team.

I purchased it in 2017, at the time of purchase it was told that there is a warranty of 10 years, since 2018 there is a problem of water leakage continuously, 3 times the mechanic fixed it, then after 6 months the same problem occurs, we complained to the customer care vide complain no-.CCAU/191223/01 When the mechanic came home, he talked to the officer Rajib Chatterjee, he told me that the service charge would be Rs 590, if the service charge has to be taken till the warranty, what kind of joke is going on?

I am writing to Partyware out of pure displeasure. On December 02, 2023, I filed a

complaint (Compliant #CHOS/021223/01) about the cracks on the Parryware sanitary ware that are described below.

It has been recognized, and on December 2, 2023, a technician by the name of Manikandan investigated the area and reported the damages. He also agreed that the product was defective and asked his higher official to replace it.

I checked on December 7, 2023, that the complaint has been closed without any further correction regarding the recommended course of action, which states that installing a

closet on the floor with white cement is not advised. I consider it incredibly disrespectful to close a complaint without getting approval from the client and without following up with them.

On calling back the customer care to know why the compliant is closed they are saying that will forward the complaint to next department. I pity on the way parryware, as a company dealt with this customer compliant. I request you to reopen the complaint and resolve it amicably otherwise I don't have any option other than going to consumer court. Appreciate an early positive response.

*Note: In order to prevent insects from sitting there, white cement is side packed. The pictures fracture clearly demonstrates the manufacturing defects in the products. This product is covered for ten years under policy.*
