Parryware ticket No - CPUN/131223/17 is yet not resolved inspite of raising concern with both Sachin (Regional head), Akash (Parryware Pune contact). This issue is pending since 7 months. I am extremely disappointment. Please escalate internally....

I have bought a mixure, two angle valve and wash basin tap from parryware sanitary hosiarpur sector 51 Noida . Worst customer service on resolving the complaint...

I was ordered the product western toilet 2 nos upper lids, before 4 months back. Till now company not delivered the product.

When ever I try to call the customer service they are just registering the ticket, but the issue not solved till today.

If they are not giving proper customer service why they sold the special product.

This is the worst customer service ....

Registered a complaint on 31st Jan that newly installed commode is throwing water outside the commode on flushing but its been 1.5 months, only 2 visits has happened but nothing else. Is there a SLA when complaint would be closed. Should we keep struggling with faulty product..
