I Do not agree. My friends have been using Parveen Express for quite a long time and their are very happy with it. There might be some delays dude to unforeseen reasons but it dosent mean their SERVICE is not good or bad. I will truly suggest everyone to use Parveen Express for their excellent connectivity, safety and reliability.

I have booked parcels on 18/3/2014, but till the date they have not delivered the material. I contact in customer care number, they get all the details from me but they are not giving any solution, they said' we don't have time to solve your problem, bcas we continuously attending phone calls.
After I insist them them they given their superior one Mr.Ganesh phone number([protected]), but that useless gentleman not give any response in my call, even he has not pick my phone after that complaint.
also the guy Mr.Senthil in parcel area of Omni bus stand also a cheap mentality guy.
Parveen parcels has doesn't have any standard parcel charges. they put the amount by their own, however they changes their cost.
They are a good service provided till the problem comes, If there is any issues they won't respond the call. Meaningless customer service.

I sent my 2 wheeler 4 days ago from Trivandrum to Chennai and still its not yet delivered (24/12/2015). When I escalated it and complained multiple times; am getting the update as : they haven't loaded the vehicle from Trivandrum yet. Is this the kind of cheap and ***** service do I need to expect from Parveen?. Please don't rely on Parveen never.
