[Resolved]  Parveen Express — 1 Carton Box Missing which was carried through Parveen Express

I had sent some parcel of mine (which is listed below) from Chennai to Trivandrum in Parveen Express on 26th April 2014 - consignment no CHMYL190. The contents were 1. Bike - 1 2. Carton Boxes - 2 3. Carton Box covered with Poly Bag - 1 I went to receive my cargo on 29th April at Trivandrum and found my item 3 ( Carton Box covered with Poly Bag ) missing. The person incharge tried comnnecting to Madurai and check if the item is left over there, but there was no promising response. I had mentioned them there are few important and costly items in it and I am panicked whether I will receive the same. Items which were inside the box are 1. Juicer 2. Helmet 3. Electric Cooker 4. Ceramic Mugs 5. Glasses - 1 Pack 6. Blender 7. Vaccum Cleaner 8. Kitchen Utensils 9. CD's ( Music and Movies) - 100 nos 10. Iron Box The total worth of the consignment is close to Rs. 25, 000 and that they had lost it now I am raising the issue in the Consumer complaint Column. The TVM centre incharge name : Sujeet and his no is [protected]. The attached document has proof in which he had signed that 3 items received and 1 missing.
