I have paid the Bill of Rs 1874.00 on 4th april 2011.But unfortunately I have received the bill on 9th april 2011 of Rs2380 in which Rs 1874 is also added

Online Bill Payment has not been confirmed I have launched many complaints on your toll free number but no response .Kindly see to the matter and update the amount in your system .As we are working people none is at home and we don’t want the disconnection electricity as it’s not our fault we have made the payment updation have not been done
