A transformer is located outside my house and I am facing the problem. The transformer is just above my lobby and many times sparks fell down in my balcony where children play. It is a security concern to my/society family. Yesterday night there is fire in transformer because of loose connection it may lead to major accident.

So it is requested to you please allocate/remove this transformer at other place so my and society families will feel safe to live here

House no 17 block d, sector 41 noida has had an electric pole moved by pvvnl to make way for parking.

The pole carrying high tension wires was equidistant as per original planning records but has now been moved 8 to 10 meters with one side having taut wires and the other loose wires.

The pole was replaced in a matter of hours under flimsy excuses after standing for about 25 long years.

B and D block residents are fearful of high electric shocks with winds and rains being part of our climate.

Complaints through official channels are being closed or ignored. Senior officials are being kept in dark by local linemen.

Pvvnl has publicalky spoken about citizen vigilance in case of safety hazard. The residents have kids and are simply afraid of a catastrophe waiting to happen.

I went to the UPPCL SDO office located in Sector-52, Noida to ask for Bill number as it is needed to register on uppclonline.com website. I need to increase the present load on my connection from 3kW to 5kW that's why I need to register online. The problem is that they generated a bill of Rs 4935 for a prepaid connection which is faulty as there are no dues pending. When I asked the SDO office they said its none of their fault and I need to contact the customer care([protected]@uppclonline.com) along with the screenshot of the bill and the error I'm getting. The support responded and asked me to contact the SDO office and just like that I have fallen into endless loop. Please look into this matter as they have generated a fake bill of Rs 4935 onto my account.

I have been receiving unexpectedly high bill of electricity and I am being forced to go to office to get it corrected. Is it my fault that the engineer cannot check and enter correct units consumed and generating incorrect bill.
I was asked to record meter video. I do not have a smartphone how ami supposed to resolve this. Why am I supposed to visit when they are doing incorrect entries and generating wrong bill for me. Closed my previous complaint without working on it as resolved. Why? I'm forced to take a legal action as the due date has been passed and will not pay late charges.
