Sparking/fire in transformer

Address: Raj Bagh Teachers enclave Sahibabad Ghaziabad (U.P)

A transformer is located outside my house and I am facing the problem. The transformer is just above my lobby and many times sparks fell down in my balcony where children play. It is a security concern to my/society family. Yesterday night there is fire in transformer because of loose connection it may lead to major accident.

So it is requested to you please allocate/remove this transformer at other place so my and society...

Address: Urja Bhawan Pashchimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Victoria Park, Meerut-250001, UP

House no 17 block d, sector 41 noida has had an electric pole moved by pvvnl to make way for parking.

The pole carrying high tension wires was equidistant as per original planning records but has now been moved 8 to 10 meters with one side having taut wires and the other loose wires.

The pole was replaced in a matter of hours under flimsy excuses after standing for about 25 long years.

B and D block residents are fearful of high electric shocks with winds and rains being part of our climate.

Complaints through official channels are being closed or ignored. Senior officials are being kept in dark by local linemen.

Brazen flouting of law at the cost of public safety.

Pvvnl has publicalky spoken about citizen vigilance in case of safety hazard. The residents have kids and are simply afraid of a catastrophe waiting to happen.

On February 11, House 18, Sector 41, NOIDA, UP, had a high power electric pole moved from one end to another end by PVVNL staff.

No orders were issued nor such a plan was mentioned in daily PDFs.

After more than a week PVVNL officials came and went, REFUSING TO MOVE THE INCORRECTLY PLACED POLE.

The old spot has been covered as a parking is being made.

Brazen plan enacted by a private citizen at the expense of rules and original sector plans.

Complaints made on official forum are closed or ignored.

Each day is being wasted to discourage other residents and hush the matter.

Electricity ombudsman orders in previous similar cases being ignored.

    Non-refund of Security Deposit money - Rs.1600

    I got my Electric Connection (A/C No.[protected]) permanently disconnected in Jun 2024 at House No. 12 H.I.G. Duplex, Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad, but still my Security deposit of Rs.1600.00 has not been refunded. despite repeated requests. No bill is due for payment.     I have been receiving unexpectedly high bill of electricity and I am being forced to go to office to get it corrected. Is it my fault that the engineer cannot check and enter correct units consumed and generating incorrect bill.

      Hi,

      Bill no.[protected]

      I have consumed 19 unit of electricity but we got bill amount is ₹415.44.

      Kindly do the needful to correct my bill amount.

      We live there maximum 5 days in a month but my previous 3 month bill amount showing ₹1059. While we have consumed very less electricity.

          This is to inform you that the Main Electric Cable of 11 KVA and 220V are lying in common Pole and Tree is touch with the main high-tension line. The main electric line is very nearby to the resident of KA-22, Karpuripuram, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad-201013.               अवगत कराना है कि मधुबन बापूधाम योजनान्तर्गत EWS भवन संख्या 14 से 17 तक कि समस्त सड़क की लाइट विगत 5 दिनों से बंद है सर्दी के मौसम में चोरी आदि की घटनाएं ढ़ील हो जाती है तो संभवतः इसी कारणवश हो सकता है कि असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा उक्त कृत्य को क्रियान्वित किया गया हो ।

                Installed LT line over the house illegally

                This is Ravi Pundeer, Auditor(C&AG), Bengaluru and my native place is Moh-Harinagar, town and post Ailum, Distt-Shamli, Uttar Pradesh 247771 but we are living outside with whole family.
                i got to know that in our village the work of installation of LT line is under process. in this regard some days ago when i visited our native place, i saw the LT line was installed over our house illegally which is not right, it can be harmful to us....

                  The bill is too high and meter is running very high as we are not consuming that much. If it is continued we would end up with paying such high bills with the ignorance of the department.

                    From past 6 months the electricity supply in our Vasundhara Sec - 1, Ghaziabad has much increased. If there is 45 min power cut then it may take 2-3 hrs. to restore it.
                    I Request to convey this complaint to concern authority of PVVNL and take an appropriate action to supply electricity smoothly.

                        I am the joint registrant with the licensee of the flat B -512, Kendriya vihar, sector 51, noida . I want to change the name of the original consumer of our electricity namely my deceased wife to my name . I am living at present in JAMMU, j&k INDIA the state to which we belong.                           My A/c ID is [protected].I deposited Rs 5999/+Processing Fee for increase of load from 4 kv to 5kv on 27.1.23 as advised by MES service station and 3 phase meter was installed accordingly on 4.3.23. I received excess amount of Rs 2923/- from May 23 It is not undetstood as how excess amont is added.                             We install new meter connection but its display was not upto well .we complaint that at the same time they said he will change it tommorrow but never came… now today bill generated of 750 rs due to issued meter. We request you to please refund that amount and also reimburse for new meter.
