Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — Wrong Electricity Bill

Dear sir,

my book no/Connection no is 9026/230209, eudd-5, noida and I have already paid the bill of amount 2425/- until 12 August 2012, Via online on dated 22/08/2012 and my transaction ID is mici[protected].
This amount has arrears in my current bill even though it has been already paid.

Please do the needful of this matter.

I tried calling every number given on site but phone is always busy. There is no complaint email available on the site for eudd-5, noida.
