Passport — Delay in issuing passport under tatkal | |||
Dear SIr, i have applied for a passport under tatkal scheme at 19/07/10 with the file # bn[protected] in Sai Arcade Bangalore. i got an assurance from PSK people in Passport Seva Kenadra that i am going to get with in 3 working days my passport will be in my hand. but unluckly today is the 5th day and no resposne from your end. even i called your customer care and registered a compaint # [protected] Even though no response for this. please know the meaning o[censored]rgency. if it is not possible to meet your assurance dont give assurance to publec like politicians. please look in to this issue seriously and let me know the status that when i am going to receive my passport. i am very badly need my passport. call me Srinivasa chikkanna [protected] Regards Srinivas Was this information helpful? | |||

What A service from TCS..!!! We apply for Tatkaal because its emergency for us and we pay additional amount. I have paid 7500/- for my, spouse and my Kid passport.
I hope TCS and GOVT. understand the pain what ordinary public is facing.
