Passport — Unable to get appointment

Dear Sir,

I am Mohan Kumar working in Oracle. I am trying to get appointment since from 2 months with an user ID mohan201012, instead gettting an appointment it is saying that my account is blocked.

So i am trying with new user id and my current ARN is[protected].

Please give some solutions.
