[Resolved]  Passport — Tatkal Denial

Hi,
Since my passport is due to expire within a year, I had applyed for re-issue on Tatkaal basis at Lalbagh, PSK Bangalore on 20th July 2010. I have provided the below mentioned document [ The application form says, either Annexure-F, Annexure-I or Annexure I and 3 of 15 documents]

- Annexure-I
- PAN
- Driving License
- OBC Certificate
- Registered Sale Deeds

Despite giving those documents,the 'Granting Officer" denied to process passport on Tatkaal basis. The moment I spoke about Tatkal he said "No" without seeing or asking for any documents. Even though after showing all those docs, the tatkaal was denied. I wanted to know whether the issue is as per documents or is there some other reasons for granting the Tatkaal. If there are any thing extra to be done, it should have mentioned in the application form, we would do it.We follow the instructions provided in the application form and still denied.I feel this is the great injustice done to us.

I kindly request to look into this and prevent people getting injustice done.
