Passport — OLD STATUS SHOWING

Respected Sir, I Malvinder Singh File No.z330805 submit date is 11june 2009 was showing that furnish my marriage certificate i had submitted it on 21 july but in status of 29july is showing same status that furnish marriage cirtificate . i allready submitted then why its not change .
