Passport — renew of passport

Hi Sir/Mam, I have applyed for renew of my passport in[protected] for me and fresh passport for my son and my wife, i have recieved passports of my son and my wife but online status says "Though your passport was granted, Some deficiency has been noticed" on my passport, may i know the issue and what i need to do now?
