Passport Office, Hyderabad — On-line date for tatkal submission not available always

Hi,
For submission of Tatkal Passport application in Hyderabad, one requires an on-line appointment. On-line system is practically non-functional. Always it says that dates are not available, contact passport office. If we contact passport office with so much hardship, we get no concrete answer, but to try again. I got one clue that the appointment is released at 1 pm. I have tried for 5 days around 1 pm. Also I tried in different times of the day in different days and in different times more than 100 times but in vain.

Touts take money but don't give date!

What a system is created by this great office!

Please inform, how can I get a date for appointment.

Also I suggest an enquiry to unearth the unhealth system.
