Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied for INDIAN Passport at Regional Passport Office New Delhi in a hope that it will be easy to apply for a Passport with so much demand growing and capability of your department in terms of facilities.
But it was shame for me even to tell someone that please do not apply for Passport yourself, in fact choose an agent standing outside Passport Office (unauthorized apparently), does not matter you are educated enough to fill your application yourself or even does not matter you are able to submit it yourself, still you need services of those commission agents outside and even sitting under a warning board which says "BEWARE OF TOUTS". This is really shame, as it is very torturous to go and submit your application or even behavior of ENQUIRY staff is not a good impression.
If I had to enquiry even for small things I need to visit DELHI Passport Office, as no one attends Phone which I always try from 2-3 days prior to coming to DELHI, so kindly do something and take steps to make this system function properly, as it would be a great honour of you, with so many blessing from peoples who got tortured every time they need to deal with Regional Passport Office.
There is still big list which I would not be able to print here as I do not want to waste your time as well. because I know you must be aware of other problems.
Please do something? or else no one would be proud to be INDIAN, specially overseas, as this is the basic step to go overseas.
