[Resolved]  Passport — Change of date of birth in 10th certificate

Sir,

I have passed my 10th exam on May 1999.The problem is:My actual date of birth(As per Birth Certificate) is[protected].But as per the 10th certificate it is[protected].Recently i am in need of renewing my passport.And as per the immigration clearance formalities they require that the date of birth in both birth certificate and 10th certificate should be same.I know it is already late by 10 years.But sir,please i beg you to provide a solution for changing my date of birth in my 10th certificate at the earliest as i am in need to go abroad without delay.
