[Resolved]  Patel Infosoft — Scam and fraud

I have go through your Health Insurance Form Filling Process, It's A big process, 11 months agreement.
I would like to ask u, what if anything goes wrong from your side during the contract period??
And what assurety do you give that the contact will end till the last month(i.e. the 11th month) and there won't be any excuses in between the contract period that the process is going to end before the said contract period??

Hey Guys this Ritesh Patel, he is taking money in starting, i called him & told him why are u charging 50K to 1Lakh for 10 PC, i[censored] want any security so u can take 10K also in starting & balanced amount can be adjusted from monthly billing but ye bhan chodh koi bhi satisfactory ans nahi de saka, and i asked to give reference of his customer when i am going to sign agreement, that mother is fooling around & not agree to give any reference, he is giving reason to not give reference, i asked a lot of question but he was unable to diffent, he sounded fraud, so plz dont give anym oney to this [censored]e, Patel infososft is ttotally fraud.

I think if the work is done, then the payment should be made. First thing first, in data entry work the end client always pays advance and the quality parameters are very realistic. The minimum is 80% of quality and still the client pays upto 40 cents per entry.
I went through all the details of all the parties, and I have come to the conclusion that this is pure fraud. And also, no one can charge the upfront, if he/she is really genuine then such people will take EMD of 10, 000 to 15, 000 (Which is again refundable) and also will give advance to start the work.
So think twice before getting into such scams.
If BPO's like wipro, accenture had started with 99% accuracy, to phir yeh companies pehle bandh honi thi.
And outsourcing would had stopped the day it started.
Don't be greedy and think on this before getting into any agreement.
People like this, will terminate your contract without any consideration.
