[Resolved]  PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCY, WEST TAMBARAM — Not picking phone calls for refill of cylinder

Inspite of having 6 phone lines, this agency is not picking up phone calls.

More over their is a need for other agency in this area, since they are acting as monopoly and giving very very poor service and people in this area are silently suffering.

Every time if we have to book refill of cylinder some person has to be their at their office.

I think this is high time to remove subsidy of cylinder and charge full cylinder at market rate so that these kind of lazy people are eradicated.

I want some kind of remedy for this.

Yes... I agree with you completely. These people are not picking the call. In houses where both husband and wife are working, is it possible to book the cylinder to go in person? Their attitude towards the customer is also very bad. Some action should be taken.
