Very Bad Pre Sales Customer Service:
Today on 4/3/2012 I got a mail from payu.in regarding a payment gateway, they where giving some discount on the payment gateway. After reading that mail on the same day I tried to contact the person called 'Prem'. He was in an attitude like he is owning the company and start saying if you want to know regarding payment gateway you will require to pay 500 bux to payu.in or else get the information from the net. When I told him that I want to opt for the services just tell me the paper which I would require to manage to opt for the same then he started saying No their is no point in talking on that pay 500 bucs then only you can get the Information. What the hell was that, they don't know how to talk!!! and more on that when I asked for other authorities whith whome I can have some sensible talk regarding this he disconnected the call in between of the conversation. If pre sales service is so bad I think they wont be giving a damn to their customers. That was very irritating. Those who want's to opt for their services be ready to pay 500 bucks to listen to their sales pitch.

Very worst payment gateway dont go for it.

1. Amount is not getting credited in bank account.
2. Lot lot of documentations. (From day 1 we still suffers from documentation) We have couried 25+ times still they say reject for some reason and request us to send once again.

Before this we were using ccavenue exclent in care, settlement and very easy documentation.
