Dear Anirban,
I made a purchase through payu.in (screenshot attached) for a laptop desk for Rs. 249 from your merchant fashionmasters.in (this website has been deactivated by Ankesh Harsukhbhai Ramani the individual who has received the payment from payu.in
Before making the payment to payu.in I have taken the following screenshots.
1. Screenshot of your existing clients (Netflix myntra etc) which includes international USA brands. ( Netflix logo screenshot from your website is attached too)
Also attached screenshots from zauba.com about your board of directors and registered address of your company and your ROC screenshot and screenshot of email acknowledging my payment received by payu.in and paid to your merchant
Ankesh harsukhbhai ramani
Its been a week since I made payment and no goods have been received from your merchant Ankesh harsukhbhai ramani who has deactivated his website fashionmasters.in and switched off his mobile.
A simple Google search reveals that other payu.in customers who paid Ankesh have met the same fate.
Your due diligence screenshot on your website says payu.in has name of all merchants, their pancard number, bank account numbers, address and mobile numbers .(screenshot attached).
I am a columnist with international newspapers and magazines and will be forced to publish this complaint in my forthcoming columns and mention this consumer unfriendly attitude of Ankesh Harsukhbhai Ramani and payu.in

I will also request our NRI readers to request their relatives in India to boycott payu.in and its merchants besides requesting your existing clients and investors who are readers of World Hindu News and High networth Hindu NRIs in USA, Canada, Europe Australia and Middle East to boycott payu.in
I will also publish this email in my forthcoming book

An order was placed on meswondful site for solar powered LED Patio umbrella on Nov 23, 2022. The payment was made through Paytm and the following message was received. After that In have recd mail from NESWO ( gpatienter.[protected]@outlook.com ) that the payment has not been made signed by Meswondful. The advertisement was on Facebook on https://fb.watch/gYKrP74ZXX/?mibextid=fbDxwT. It seems its a fraud as I have not received any information from the company after succesful payment as under

Sir, I have ordered one Burkha's from Zig-to-zeg (merchant) powered by Shopify priced Rs.499 and I have pre-paid that amount online via Payu to Zig-to-zeg (merchant) powered by Shopify on 10th October 2021.
But still any messages not received about delivery of my product.
Zig-to-zeg (merchant) powered by Shopify provided their contact number and email Id also is not working. They are provided inactive phone number and email Id to their customers to cheat them and collect prepaid amount for the ordered product via PayU.
My PayU transaction number for the ordered product amount paid to Zig-to-zeg powered by Shopify is [protected] for ROMIL VINUBHAI KHOKHANI.

I am the merchant of payu, recently there was a transaction of 11998/- from a customer. Payu didnt transfer the funds to our account till data.
There is no response from payu. They never pick there calls its been 8 days now. i Believe they are scammers and cheaters. i am planning to file a cyber crime complaint. i just need information how to file a complaint.

I had made a transaction for a iPhone scheme launched by Payu company on 13/11/13 for Visa card holders via my Citibank Visa Card. Transaction reference number is [protected].
After receiving no call from Payu regarding the iphone, I had called their office and was told the transaction will be reversed.
I received a credit card statement with the INR 599 amount charge. Why is this being charged to me? Why is this not reversed on time?? No one at Payu picking the calls??
I am pretty upset about this transaction and the way I was enticed into it, and not so much by the amount.

Today on 4/3/2012 I got a mail from payu.in regarding a payment gateway, they where giving some discount on the payment gateway. After reading that mail on the same day I tried to contact the person called 'Prem'. He was in an attitude like he is owning the company and start saying if you want to know regarding payment gateway you will require to pay 500 bux to payu.in or else get the information from the net. When I told him that I want to opt for the services just tell me the paper which I would require to manage to opt for the same then he started saying No their is no point in talking on that pay 500 bucs then only you can get the Information. What the hell was that, they don't know how to talk!!! and more on that when I asked for other authorities whith whome I can have some sensible talk regarding this he disconnected the call in between of the conversation. If pre sales service is so bad I think they wont be giving a damn to their customers. That was very irritating. Those who want's to opt for their services be ready to pay 500 bucks to listen to their sales pitch.

Very worst payment gateway dont go for it.
1. Amount is not getting credited in bank account.
2. Lot lot of documentations. (From day 1 we still suffers from documentation) We have couried 25+ times still they say reject for some reason and request us to send once again.
Before this we were using ccavenue exclent in care, settlement and very easy documentation.
