I am the merchant of payu, recently there was a transaction of 11998/- from a customer. Payu didnt transfer the funds to our account till data.
There is no response from payu. They never pick there calls its been 8 days now. i Believe they are scammers and cheaters. i am planning to file a cyber crime complaint. i just need information how to file a complaint....
