I get those all the time. Yes, they are a scam. They will want you to pay a fee to get that information from them. Don't bother looking into it

PDVSA State Oil Company — is the company appointment letter genuine or fake
Dear Sir,I Amit S Bhuptani from cochin. I have received appointment letter from PDVSA. Next step is to apply for visa through Mr. Lawrence Aston and he is asking 450 pounds for visa procurement.
Please let me know is it genuine or fake.

hi everybody, this appointment is absolutely fake and hoax, dont heed money to english names that are sending you employment letters. they are fake. iahve checked with BDHC in mumbai. This is absolutley fake and fraud. This comes under ngerian scam. Even the visa process which they follow is not true however is only the information based. No agent can carry your visa without your absence. Please dont give money to them at all.
