sir, I have recieved a mail that Mr Andre Keshie(H.R manager) is recruiting sale co ordinator to an Oil company called PDVSA in scotland.But when i searched in google, i could not find that compani's profile.They have also sent one application form and asked me to fill it and send them back by mail.So I would like to know whether it is an existing employer or fraud.
