Sir I have paid Rs 658 towards the premium amount and i have not continued the policy uptodate. But it matures on 11/06/2008. Now i have received a letter from you office dated 03/07/10. My certificate no. E7804735 and ref No. MAT[protected]. But now i am not having the original certificate with me i have lot that certificate. Please do the needful for the recovery. Actually i wanted to write to all big bosses of the Coy incl MD. Let it be known to him. I am a soldier in Border Security Force presently posted in WB. I had a policy no.[protected] taken in the years 1990s when I was fighting militancy in J & K . It was a small policy but big one for me at that time. Now I read big advirtisements in yesterdays TOI and could not stop my laugh after reading all tall and false claims of your Coy. When I read the complaint coloumn I find, people have not got replies since Feb 09 . So I have also little hope to get any reply from any one of you. But still I shall write.
I was regularly paying my premiums at Berhampur( Orissa) branch till maturity. When I reached at the office during one of my leave period the Branch Manager one Mr Panda( (year[protected] misbehaved by saying that premiums have not been paid after a certain period when the branch was relocated at another place in same city. I wrote to DGM, Kolkatta who directed the branch to pay. But who listens a DGM? lastly finding no way I filed a case in Consumer Court at Berhampur. The lawyer I hired was purchased by your Coy against a small matured amount of Rs 20000/ !! He did not fight the case till today. Last year in the month of Dec 09 I got a voucher form from your head office stating that some Rs 12000+ is pending unpaid in your account. I filled up the form thinking that at least I shall get my principal amount . But till today perhaps the money in coming in a good truck to Malda where I am posted.
Dear Sir, the amount may be a pinch of sand on sea beach for your Coy, but it is Everest for me, . I started the policy when I was fighting militancy in J and K and paid my last one again when I was in same state in second tenure . Militants might have fired at me 100 times but unfortunately I was not killed lest your Coy could have ( perhaps) give the amount to my widow ! Each pie of my matured account either has a blood droplet of mine or a cursed blood droplet of a militant. You can imagine what will happen to your Coy if I pray god against your Coy which I have not done so far. I there after have nine LIC policies and where ever I go I tell my troops not to invest in Pl Coy . I am being a
