Pepperfry.com — Regarding Item Not Received & Refund Not Received | |||
Dear Sir/Madam 1) On 2nd January 2013 i purchased 1 clothing item [Order No.[protected]] from PEPPERFRY.COM but the item was not in stock so company need to refund the money but they directly transfer that amount in to "MY PEPPER POINT" without my confirmation. 2) On 13th January 2013 i purchase 2 clothing item [Order No.[protected]] from PEPPERFRY.COM and they delivered the item on 16th & 17th January 2013 [Courier:QUANTIUM / Tracking Details:TRP123714 & TRP123846] but when i checked the given tracking details it's showing "NOT FOUND" then i informed company regarding this issue on 21st January 2013 they replied they send mail to "QUANTIUM Courier" and they are waiting for the reply but when i again call on 26th Januray 2013 regarding the item status they giving me the same answer. Request to you kindly check this issue asap. It's fraud company who not deliver the item properly and money was not refund to you. waiting for your reply asap.
