[Resolved]  Pepperfry — not getting my product delivery

my order num is[protected]. and it is shiped on 13 january and today now still i couldnt get my product yet. from serval day i reqused many times they give us 24 hours last still not getting my product so i want my product with componsensen or penalty from them. i request you to tak some quick action against them.
