Pepperfry — Order not delivered after commitment of shipping product in 7 Days

the below mentioned order was placed on the website on 6 September 2012 and delivery time was 7 working days. But till date 22 September I have not received the product. After repeated complaints by phone and email, no response from the company.

Feel cheated and commitment of delivery did not meet.
