Sir, I have taken a loan amounting Rs One lakh on August 2007 and having LOMP[protected] & Agrment no 9172146 . The monthly EMI amount is Rs 3819.00. During inquiry in HDFC office, Bhubnaeswar on dated 30.03.2009, The outstanding amount is 59120.00 . The Bhubaneswar local office ( loan section ) near Ram mandir is unwilling to taken the outstanding amount . Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Sir, I have taken personal loan 2.5 Lakhs from SBH.Still outstanding amount is app. 1 lakh. If I want to pay the outstanding amount any penalty I 've to pay?I heard that recently RBI proposed, for preclosing loans without any penalty..is it right? please give me details...
