[Resolved] Personal Loan — harresement & abuse word from recovery agent

Hello Sir / Madam, I took personal loan from Hdfc, Citi-finance, Cholamandlam & Barclays PLC Bank. Once upon time every month i was paid every bank's emi through by ECS. but now i am jobless so now i am unable to pay single emi but the recovery agents are harrsing me now you tell me what to do ?????? I am ready to pay the emi which i taken from them but they still don't give me the time & also harrising me. I am rellay frusted. What to do ??????????????? Was this information helpful? pay your money and you should have thought 100 times before getting such heavy debts...sell your asset and pay back ...else bank will take severe action ( legal) against you

i am also having the same issues in Chennai. collection agent named Rajesh ([protected]) say he hime self a advocate and will bring 10 people to my in-laws house and make noises and simply says like he will do anything he want to us??????? did i got the loan from a RBI ruled bank or a local financial persons to do personal harassment????
