[Resolved]  Personal Loan — Misbehaviour by collection Executive.

Dear Concern,


I had taken personal loan with ref. No. RNPF-3815 on name of Anish Fatiam / Joint Holder Yasir Ali your company approximate 1.5 years back but i have not recieved any repayment schedule and any details of my monthly installment. From some time back i was in financial trouble due to my job. Few installment gone bounce from last some months but i am trying to repay timely. However from last 02 Months i am not able to pay my installment timely i need some time for made continuity of my loan installment. Some time back collection executive ( Parveen Malik-M-[protected] ) is call-up on my number at first time i tell him as i am in some kind of financial trouble thats why i am not able to made that payments timely. I asked him for some time to repay my installmetn, he i agree on this. But today on 24-June-2009 a person names Ravinder who is from "Good Will Associates" call me and says very rudly and with neglency "you give me the money or not" . He says if you dont bear the money we will picked you from your residence. Is there this is the way of collectiion i will take lagal action against the employee. He is using very much abuse language to me when i am trying to conway him i already had a talk with Parveen he said if you are not paying your installment then " i beat you when i seen you any where ". As far as my life seafty is concern am going to launch a FIR regarding unseafty of my life and sending a legal notice regarding using abuse language by collection executive. I think this is not a way to collect the money from any customer. As i says i am also related to finance sector but i am some kind of financial trouble so that delay in submitting in installment.


Please look into this matter timely otherwise i am sending a legal notice to company and taken a action on it as per goverment law.
