[Resolved]  Personal Loan — Telephonic Harassment and use of Abusive language with the Family Members & at Office.

I had taken a PL for Rs 300000/- from SCB in Aug' 07 and have been paying EMI regularly through ECS since Sep' 07 till Jul' 09 (36EMI).bearing Loan A/c No 46911634.
Due to certain unforeseen circumstances funds were not available in the bank and the current month (Aug ' 09) ECS got returned. I received a collection call from Miss. Madhu, SCB-Delhi-Collection representative, from[protected] &[protected] on 25.08.09 for the due EMI.
I conveyed to him that I would be giving cheque / cash whichever is earlier as I am about to met the Payment but as due to our fasting going on and as well Ganpati Festival there is a very little moment in the market for business as market get close earlier. However, on this statement Miss. Madhu repeatedly urged on making payment immediately and didn’t even bother to understand the problem. This urge led to her for using slangs and abusive languages involving myself, in my absence with my family members & even with my office staff as well threaded of sending muscle men at my home & office to collect money.
The same lady again gave me repeated a call on 26.08.09 from morning 08:30am to 5:00pm on my mobile number & Residence landline number continuously. Again this Lady started the conversation with abusive languages including my caste & religion as all we are fraud and a use to it people to cheat & not to make payment of the Bank’s, all your committee & society are indulge in the same etc” and in my absence from Home for 15-20 times did the same treatment to my family member with my spouse, My Mummy who is a Senior Citizen & My children’s.
I would like to bring to the notice of the Bank that I am not a Road side Person with whom such people should be made to communicate. I am already having an A/c in the Mumbai, Fort, M.G.Road Branch, Since Last seven Years. But even though If on a Single EMI being late to make a Payment if bank enters into recovery process of letting a Lady to Talk with the whole Family like this. I would like to shut all my Loans, Credit Card & Bank A/c for the reason either that lady on behalf of the bank should commit sorry to my family members in writing.
As well request the bank in future to communicate, for any problem as regard my above mentioned loan no with me at my office or on my cell. As well I need the reply at the earliest from the Bank Side
