[Resolved]  Personal Loan — NOC certificate & cheque

Dear Sir / Mam,

This is to inform you that I M.Kavitha has taken loan from your office @ Malakpet Branch my loan account number is [protected]
my loan has been cleared in the month of May 2011, when i have visited to your branch to collect NOC certificate & my cheques which was given at the time of processing. When i have asked for NOC certificate your branch employees has informed me that there is pending amount of Rs.1500/- when i have informed that loan has been cleared may 2011 they told me that there is late payment charges are pending starting there was a problem in ECS deduction that why i have paid the amount every month by visiting to our branch at that none of your employees has informed me that after 5th of every month payment should be done if not there will be late payment charges. When i was asking to meet concern person of the branch they were not giving proper response & refused to give any information about the manager.

I have visited 5 times your malakpet branch every when i visited there was not manager available & concern person and they refused to give the contact number of the manager and they have asked me to visit tirumulgherry branch. When i have spoked to tirumulgherry branch employee they informed us that ur a supposed to visit S R nagar branch and refused to give any information.

I request you to look into this problem as clear asap
If not i am going file a case in the consumer court against your company.

I hope problem will be rectified asap
