I got an offer on 19 Oct 2009 to a post of Field Supervisor and the package is USD8 500.00 per month with the following benefit:

EMPLOYEE TO DEVOTE FULL TIME TO COMPANY: The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Company, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF PROPRIETARY INFORMATION: Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information, or trade secrets to any person, firm, corporation, or entity. 8. REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES: The Employee will incur reasonable expenses to get his/her visa and work permit. The Company shall reimburse Employee for all business expenses after the Employee presents an itemized account of expenditures, pursuant to Company policy.

9. VACATION: The Employee shall be entitled to a yearly vacation of three month at full pay.

10. DISABILITY: In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than one month, the compensation during said illness or incapacity will be paid to the employee. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over two months with any goods reason of been absent, the Company may terminate the Employee's contract employment, and the Company's obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

11. EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: You shall be a contract Employee and shall be entitled to benefits as specifically outlined herein

SALARY:
USD $6, 500 {Six Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars only} monthly/take-home (After tax), Sterling or Euros equivalent depending on home country and currency preference.

Herein, you have been forwarded employers’ prototype of contract terms and conditions via e-mail (Attachment) for your perusal and digest. On your satisfaction and agreement with the terms and conditions of your appointment, you shall be expected to start processing of your job. After processing, hard copy of the contract document shall be sent to you for your kind endorsement through DHL courier services. Agreements will also be signed during the job processes.
JOB PROCEESSING/REQUIREMENTS: All employees successfully screened and recruited to resume employment at this new (PETRONAS OIL COMPANY) shall have Valid Malaysia Visa and Residence/ Work Permits Clearance Papers.
COMPANY EXPENSES: (PETRONAS OIL COMPANY) will shoulder Air Ticket Fee only.
EMPLOYEE EXPENSES:
EMPLOYEE/EXPATRIATE SHALL BE EXPECTED TO PERSONALLY INCUR ONLY THE VISA AND RESIDENCE /WORK PERMITS REQUIREMENTS
Expenses for procurement and acquisition of necessary permits clearance papers from Malaysia Immigration Services shall be duly reimbursed/repaid to the employee within Five {5} days of working with the (PETRONAS OIL COMPANY). All claims for expenses by employee shall be substantiated with detailed report and receipts.
You shall be required to furnish us with your valid Malaysia residence and work permits papers on or before 10 working days as a proof of your readiness to join the (PETRONAS OIL COMPANY) team in the due time as stipulated above. Also this is to enable you receive your one month advance salary including your due entitlements/emoluments before your departure for work with the (PETRONAS OIL COMPANY) of Malaysia.
