My ex-company has submitted my PF form for re-imbursement to EPFO office at Nehure Place, New Delhi on 5 Aug 2009. But yet Iam not received my PF money. My account no. is DL/23535/56 & DL/937033. Kindly do the needful.

I have resigned my ex-company on dated 20th Sep, 2009 and requested to release my PF and also sent two letters requesting for release my PF but the company has not agree to sign my PF form kindly advice my what is to be done in this regard. the said company name is M/s. Indsil Energy & Electrochemicals Ltd. Urla Industrail area, Urla, Raipur (C.G.)
