I had transferred my PF amount to HCL trust to my present organization (under epfo) through offline . My previous company transferred my pf and pension amount to EPFO kolkata, but in EPFO portal not reflected.

Hi Sir/ madam,

I am ashok jangra, I have checked my PF withdrawal status. It looks like my PF form has been rejected due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispatched to my address . I have not received it yet and i am unable to send them other form as i don't know the actual reason why PF office reject my form .

Can you please investigate the issue and let me know what exactly the problem was, because of that they reject my form.?

The propreitor of the school, runs a finance company & they circulate these amount for interest. They not even give the salary on time (at least 2 month or 3 months later)

How should I proceed further? Shall I take any legal action against school? (through labour court)

I worked in Quatrro BPO for 14 months and after completion of my period, i have applied for PF and i should get around 30000 and i received only 6000 Rupees. Somehow i managed to search for this site and putting my complaint on this site. I am trying to call the below number from last two months and nobody lifting and answering. I don't know what should be my next step. in my 14 months tenure the company name changed for 3 times and it may be the reason i did not get PF for stating that not completed six months. When I called the office, i spoke to a lady named Asha - who was not help ful and hung up on me and then could not reach the numbers at all as they were all unreachable. I tried the next day - a man too the call and told me that he has not recieved the papers - when i stated my pf application acknowledge number he said that they had just moved offices and so the forms may be lost. He admitted that it is his fault and still siad that he could do nothing to help and that i would have to go to my previous employer. Its been 7 Months since my previous company (IBM India Pvt.Lmt.) processed my PF trasnsfer forms and sent it to their RPFC so that it could be transferred to my current company PF account.

I had submitted PF withdrawal forms on 08-Jan-09 to Alps managment consultant office submitted forms to the PF office on 13/Feb/2009. However, still I have not received the refund in my bank account. I tried to call PF office but get no response on that number. No body picks the call. Even if they pick, they say to hold and the call gets cut after a few minutes

As I need the amount urgently, I would be very grateful for your help with regard this process.
