Respected Sir I Rajkumar.Bishwanath.Kirtonia& PF Account No. MH/39122/1322 i had worked with B.E.Billimoria&Co. Limited from June 2006 to July 2010. I had submitted my PF form on Dec 2010. Now 3-4 months has completed and Still I did not receive my PF amount in my account. But i had contacted to B.E.Billimoria&Co & Co.Ltd the company is saying that they have given & submitted all the details to the PF office. Yet I did not receive the amount in the account or I have not received either a cheque/dd/payorder. please help me out in receiving my PF Amount. So there is global request to deposit or credit my PF Amount in my personal Account no-[protected], of Axis Bank (Hiranandani Branch),IFS CODE-UTIB0000571 Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Thane (West). PF Claim (Complaint against-Delay in PF amount) — Complaint against-Delay in PF amount (PF amount not credited in my bank account yet)..
Dear Sir/Mam,I am a former employee of Spice Bpo Noida, i have left the job.
On 29th june 11, I have submitted my fully filled PF Form to Dwarka Sec-23 PF office but till now PF amount has not been credited in my bank Account, moreover i haven't received any intimation yet.
Yesterday, When i checked out the PF status on website than i found that according to website "PF form submission date is showing 18th July 11" but i would like to inform you that i have submitted My fully filled PF form on 29th June 11 and i have the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CARD, in which it is mentioned that PF Form has been submitted on 29th June 11 (PFA screenshot of Website).
PF Account Number (as mentioned on Acknowledgement card):- DL/30996/14064
Please look into this on priority basis because it's more than 64 days and still i am waiting for my PF amount.
Kindly help and please help to get my PF amount ASAP & also confirm me that "Exactly for how many more days i have to wait"??

Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

AXC — Two PF deduction from my salary
Hi,My company is deducing 2 PF's amount from my salary every month.
According to my salary i supposed to pay Rs. 1258 as a Tax and same amount company should pays from its end.
But my company is deducing both the amounts from my salary every month.
What should i do? and where should i go now to complain about this..
Company has not provided any policy or any legal document where this thing is mentioned.
My company is not listening me and they are forcefully deducting the double amount.
HELP!!
