[Resolved]  Pf Department — EPF Cheque not received

My PF case (PF No. AP/HY/56966/00975) was submitted to Hyderabad PF office by my ex-employer on[protected].
Till date I have not received my PF amount. To my grievance registered in your GMS portel I received this answer :

"This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROHBD/E/2011/00530.
It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
Form-19 settled for Rs 71521/- vide cheque No. 966138 dated 23.11.2010.
Form-10C settled for Rs. 17850/- vide cheque No. 745315 dated 23.11.2010. "

But till date I (or my bank) have received the above cheques. I have asked many times to Hyderbad EPF office regarding the above cheques but no answer has been given. I have again registered my greviance my GMS portel (ROHBD/E/2011/01495).
