Name of A/C Holder:- Tulasibhai M.Patel
Dear Sir,
From my present employer earlier I have received PF Slip of my New A/C No. GJ/18212/774 for the year[protected] .In which it is
observed that from old PF A/C NO. GJ/17842/A/10 PF amount is transferred without credit of interest for the year[protected] ,[protected] and[protected]up to Sept.04).
Also I have received PF Slip for the year[protected],[protected],[protected] regularly but so far above said interest is not credited
and cumulative interest loss up to PF Slip[protected] reached to @ Rs.71166 .
I kindly request you sir,to look in this matter immediately to give credit of cumulative interest loss which is heartbreaking to me
and very pathetic service I am experienced from your PF Office.
