Phoenix Relocations — Bad Packers and movers

I relocated from Bangalore to Hyderabad last month using Phoenix Re-locators service, my overall experience is not satisfactory. Here is why it is:

1. They have created lot of anxiety by coming late by 3 1/2hrs at 12:30 PM instead of 9 AM as promised a day before though Akshay said that they will come at 7 AM at the time of confirmation.

2. Packing was fairly good though only 3 laborers for a three bed room house was far too small number. Based on my knowledge it should have been at least 5 persons if not 6.

3. They said the packing and loading will be done before 8 PM but the truck left my place at 11:45 PM.

4. The truck was small and they could not fit a big wooden cupboard worth 20 thousand and a small study table worth 1000/- both of which disbursed in a hurry for about 4000/-

5. Akshay promised that the wooden cupboard will be dismantled but the guys couldn't do that and no one from Phoenix was there to resolve the issue.

6. Akshay was not to be seen at all for whole day and he out sourced it to another re locator.

7. Over all it was all very poorly managed by the Phoenix team.

8. I had to manage the Driver and take care of him so that he could take the goods to Hyderabad on time and update me.

9. They have also damaged my sons cycle though it was minor I still need to spend time and money to repair it.

10. The labor told us that they have worked whole of the previous night, slept for 3 hrs and come back to pack our stuff and thats how they came late at 12:30PM, just imagine what kind of in human treatment that Phoenix does it to labor, if it is all true.

11. Finally when I called Akshay and told about the wooden cupboard, he said he will check and get back. But he never got back not he took my calls.

12. It was my understanding that due to busy schedule of re locations in these two months they over book make the customers suffer with below par service.

13. Overall I do not recommend Phoenix to any one.
