[Resolved]  Phone call — ABUSIVE CALL

My home land line[protected] has been receiving sexually abusive calls towards my mother. The calls started some 1 month back but as our's is landline phone, we could not identify the number. Tried to track caller details using with BSNL office but it found that such details will not be revealed. So installed caller id tracker but later our phone line was dead for few days. Now after line getting activated again same abusive caller started to call. Below is number from which calls are received. Multiple times in night hours caller will try to call and highly nuisance in abusive kind and threat to security words are told.

The Calling is continuous in nature and my family have to disconnect the line to get a peace of mind. Today 31-Jan-2013 too more than 10 times caller attempted calling our landline and 5/6 times my mother received the call and abusive words were told by the caller who does not reveal any kind of his identity. No response from caller if any male receives the call.

Currently I have travel to UK on official project duty-Software (TESCO).The above stated problem is affecting my family and we are kind of direction less to tackle it. Please assist at the earliest. Thank you!
