Pidilite Fevikwik — Hand Burns

Pidlite FeviKwik, a Cyanoacrylate adhesive is a common item for bonding together metals. Since it is difficult to remove the resin off hands when applied using hands, I tried to apply the adhesive while wearing gloves. But when a drop or two fell on the gloves, I felt an immediate burning sensation, but I could not remove the gloves off my hands because of the adhesive. In the end, I suffered burns.The packet did not contain any warning sign that specified that the product should not come into contact with clothes or in this case, cotton. I feel that this matter should be taken into consideration and due compensation given to me and henceforth all Cyanoacrylate adhesives must carry a warning sign or a MSDS as the accident that happened to me could be averted in the future.

Attached below are photographs of my finger that was burnt. Fortunately I escaped with a minor burn, but all such accidents should be averted in the future.
